We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable. If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days sending a photo of the damaged item so we can evaluate and send a replacement or offer a refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Any personalised or made to order items are not eligible for a refund unless the mistake was on our part.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
